Round Baler Wrappers HS2000 |

The McHale HS2000 brings high speed trailed
and inline wrapping to a new level. The HS 2000 is capable
of wrapping in excess of 100 bales per hour as a trailed
machine applying 4 layers of film. The lift arm is designed
to centre the bale and the wrapping table cradles the bale
gently into the wrapping position. Automatically the wrapping
process commences with the two 750mm dispensers quickly
wrapping the bale. The all weather cut and ties automatically
cut and hold the film and wrapping table tips rearward
placing the wrapped bale on the ground.
The HS2000 is a dual-purpose machine, which can be operated
in one of two ways;
- Offset behind a tractor – in this position the
machine is capable of wrapping 80 – 100 bales per
hour.
- Inline behind a baler – here the machine will
match the output of the baler

Square Bale Wrappers 998 |

The McHale square balewrapper 998 is the versatile solution
for wrapping square bales. Common sense design, quality components
and precision engineering make the 998 the trusted choice
for contractors and farmers who demand high output and consistence
performance in all conditions and terrain. Packed with features
including conveyor loading and fast positioning of the square
bale into the wrapping position, hydraulically operated cut
and tie system, auto bale levelling and a two point linkage
mounted, swivel head-stock. The 998 wraps all bale sizes
from 80cm x 70cm to 160cm x 120cm including double bales.
The in-cab control unit enables the operator to change bale
sizes and select the desired number of film layers. When
set, one touch of the auto start button operates the complete
cycle from start to finish. The patented roller angle-measuring
device, gives a consistent and even wrapping regardless of
the bale size or shape and also allows for extra care wrapping. |

Fusion |
|
McHale recognise that there is constant pressure
on business to reduce costs. In response to this McHale developed
the Fusion integrated baler wrapper, which combines two traditionally
separate jobs and integrates them into a single operation,
which can be done by one man and one machine.
This results
in cost savings associated with financing and running a
second tractor and sourcing and paying a second person.
This robust machine is simply not a wrapper coupled onto
a baler; it has been specifically designed as a high output
unit. Producing 50-60 bales an hour the single pass operation
increases productivity, reduces operating costs whilst
increasing profits. |

The McHale range of Blockcutters will efficiently
cut neat, compact silage blocks every time. Powered by two
hydraulic rams each Blockcutter has a uniquely designed serrated
knife which will efficiently cut out silage or maize blocks
with minimum power requirement, leaving a sealed face which
eliminates secondary fermentation.
The McHale Blockcutter
is suitable for all front-end loaders and it is also available
with a high lift frame, in a range of three sizes, for
rear mounting. With blockcutter available in 1.3m, 1.6m
and 2.0m there is a McHale Blockcutter to suit every farmer's

Bale Splitter

Combining simplicity and strength the
McHale Bale Splitter cuts bales of silage, hay or straw,
quickly, neatly and efficiently.
Powered by one double acting hydraulic cylinder and a uniquely
designed knife, the Bale Splitter will securely transport
bales from the stacking site to the feeding location. The
operator simply splits to bale as desired in the feeding
area or into a Feeder wagon.
The Bale Splitter is supplied in a standard configuration
as a three point linkage machine. It can also be fitted to
a tractor loader or industrial handler. Like all McHale products,
the Bale Splitter incorporates common sense design, quality
components and precision engineering to make Bale Splitting
more efficient. |
